The project adopts the mature technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler, featuring high efficiency, good desulfurization effect, low emission of oxynitrides, wide fuel applicability and low operation cost. As one of the ten key projects of Xiaoyi City and a major livelihood project, it enjoys preferential policies such as exemption from value-added tax for incomes from selling household heat. The project is predicted to cut greenhouse gas emission by 9,789 tCO₂e annually. ？？
