Shanxi Province: the carbon black off-gas power generation project with capacity of 200,000t, by Kunsheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., Taixing Group. The project enables the company to build the power generation and steam production system by recycling the carbon black off-gas as fuel. Apart from the company’s own production consumption, the extra electricity will be sold to the grid. Once put into operation, the annual generating capacity will reach 144,000,000 kwh and the greenhouse gas emission will be cut by 168,429 tCO2e every year.
