Hunan Province: the regenerate carbon products processing project, by Miluo Xinxiang Carbon Products Co., Ltd. The project adopts the self-developed up to date vertically formatted “continuous graphitization process”, which has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal and has been awarded the national patent. The development of this technology has been included in the national Torch Plan of 2010. According to estimation, once put into use, the project will reduce greenhouse gas emission by 37,963 tCO2e every year.
