The project will build new lead-acid battery treatment facilities to reclaim useful metals out of battery scraps so that they can return to circulation links such as production and consumption. Its technological improvements can effectively reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission. As an energy conserving and efficiency increasing project, once put into operation, it can reduce greenhouse gas emission by 11,112 tCO2e annually.
