？？Heilongjiang Province: the energy conservation transformation project of existing building along Youyi Road in Harbin, by Harbin Urban Construction Group. The project is to upgrade the building envelopes and heating systems of the existing buildings along Youyi Road, Daoli District of the city of Harbin, with the overall transformation area of 300,000 square meters. It can effectively reduce heating loss and improve energy efficiency of the pipe network, therefore contributing to lower heating energy consumption and carbon emission as well. As a public welfare project to increase energy efficiency, it will cut greenhouse gas emission by 14,003 tCO₂e annually. Since it is carried out by the private sector as part of the exploration into the market operation model, the project has achieved win-win outcome by combining emission reduction tasks with the well-being of the neighborhood, for it also enhance people’s participation in the climate change campaign by installing household based meters.？？
