Heilongjiang Province: the energy conservation transformation project of the heat source and the heating network

The project is to install three 75t/h medium temperature and medium pressure CFB boilers as well as ancillary facilities to update the heat source. It will also renovate and expand the heating supply system. Once the project is completed, all the current less efficient small boilers will be shut down and central heating will cover the urban district, improving heating efficiency and reducing coal consumption and carbon emission. The project is in line with the aims of the CDM fund. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 16,957 tCO2e annually
