The project will shut down 24 small coal-fired boilers and build 2 boiler rooms and install 7 biomass-fired water boilers with the total heating capacity of 357 MW as well as supporting facilities. After the completion of the project, it can supply heat to an area of 3.5 million square meters. The project belongs to the category of saving energy and improving energy efficiency. Once put into production, it can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 137,649 tCO2e annually.？？
