Jiangxi Province: the Efficiency-improving and Energy-saving Technical Transformation Project by Using New Processes and New Equipment to Produce Key Components for New Energy Vehicles by Jiangxi Rongcheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The project is to substitute the advanced cold-upsetting (forging) equipment, automatic mesh belt furnace, welding robot and state-of-the-art numerical control equipment for the existing outdated lathing, milling and drilling equipment and the manual welding process. It can not only reduce energy consumption but also increase the production and improve the quality of the products through the energy-saving technology and equipment. The project belongs to the category of energy conservation and efficiency improvement. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gases emission by 1,513tCO₂e annually.
