？？Shanxi Province: the Demonstration Project of Coal Bed Methane Development and Utilization on the World Bank Loan by Shanxi Coal Bed Methane Limited Liability Company. The project includes the two parts: the exploitation and liquefaction of the coal bed methane. To exploit the coal bed methane, it is planned to drill 94 plumb shafts and 233 directional wells, which will achieve the annual output of 260 million Nm3 of coal bed methane; to liquefy the coal bed methane, it is planned to install a set of nitrogen expander refrigerating equipment of 25×104Nm3/d and a set of combined refrigerating equipment of 75×104Nm3/d and related ancillary facilities. Once completed, it can process 1 million Nm3 of coal bed methane daily and produce 200,000 tons of liquefied coal bed methane annually. The project substitutes the clean energy for the other fossil fuels to reduce carbon emission. It belongs to the category of clean energy development and utilization. Once reaching the designed capacity, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 209,117 tCO₂e annually.？？
