Shanxi Province: the polycarboxylic superplasticizer production line transformation and expansion project with annual output of 100,000 tons by Shanxi Kaidi Construction Materials Co., Ltd. The project is to transform and expand the polycarboxylic superplasticizer production line, including building new workshops for production and composition, purchasing reactors, blenders, measuring tanks and related ancillary facilities, so as to reduce coal and electricity consumption and carbon emission through the low temperature polyether production technology. Once completed, it can increase the production efficiency and product performance of the company significantly by saving energy, lowering production costs, reducing the emission of carbon dioxide and enhancing the market competitiveness of the company. The project belongs to the category energy conservation and efficiency improvement. Once reaching the designed capacity, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 12,881 tCO₂e annually.
