Hebei Province: the Centralized Heating Project in Qiaoxi District of Zhangjiakou City by Zhangjiakou City Hengfeng Heating Co., Ltd. The project will mainly install 8 new heating boilers of 70 MW and its supporting hot water pipe network, build or transform 79 heat exchange stations, and gradually shut down 290 small boilers in the district. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can meet the heating demand in Qiaoxi District, and at the same time, effectively reduce the comprehensive energy consumption as well as emissions of CO2 and other exhaust gas and waste residue, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction. The project belongs to the category of improving energy efficiency. Once put into production, it is estimated to cut down greenhouse gas emissions by 73,580 tCO2e annually.
