40 million RMB concessional loans were invested to this project on December 21st, 2015. The project is to install 168 km of medium-pressure natural gas pipelines covering six villages in Qixian and 110 regulator stations and associated equipments. It helps substitute natural gas for coal and LPG, thus reducing greenhouse gas emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It will leverage 166 million RMB private funds. It is estimated to reduce greenhouse gas emission by 105,623 tCO2e annually after put into operation.
