？？The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 65 million yuan on May 12, 2016. It mainly includes installing winglets made by Aviation Partners Boeing on 60 Boeing 737NG aircrafts, to stabilize the turbulence at the end of the wing, so as to economize on fuel. According to the research report of The Boeing Company and the actual operation data analysis of Southwest Airlines, after completed, the project can improve the fuel efficiency by 3%. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private capital of RMB 153.98 million yuan. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 60,668 tCO₂e annually.？？
