The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 50 million yuan on December 29, 2015. It mainly includes the energy-saving transformation of the old buildings on the main streets in Nen River County. By improving the heat preservation of buildings, it will reduce energy consumption and carbon emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage RMB 116.78 million yuan of private funds. Once put into operation, it can save 12,310 tons of standard coal and 30,242 tCO2e of greenhouse gas emission annually.
