The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 65 million yuan on November 10, 2015. It includes the relocation and technological transformation of the brewing production line, starter-making workshop, packing center and relevant ancillary facilities, with the aim of achieving the annual output of 10,000 tons of base liquor. By replacing the original coal-fired boilers with gas-fired boilers, it can reduce fossil energy consumption and carbon emission significantly. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage RMB 235 million yuan of private funds. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 18,976 tCO₂e annually.
