The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 65 million yuan on April 7, 2016. It includes installing the production line with the annual output of 60,000 tons of biodiesel (non-grain) and 5,000 tons of glycerol, as well as building relevant workshops, storage tank farm and ancillary facilities. The project belongs to the category of renewable energy. It can leverage RMB 137 million yuan of private funds. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 149,654 tCO2e annually.
