The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 60 million yuan on November 19, 2015. It includes building two high-efficient spinning and weaving workshops. By making use of LED lighting, solar energy, low-consumption equipment, underground heating sources and various other low-carbon technologies and equipment, the project will improve energy efficiency, and reduce emissions of dust and polluting gases, thus reducing carbon emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private capital of RMB 210.66 million yuan. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 5,830 tCO2e annually.
