Jiangxi Province: the energy system improving and renovation project of the forge piece production line by Jiangxi Jiangduan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The project will adopt the remnant heat hardening technique and equipment to transform a forging production line and 5 heat treatment production lines, and obsolete 2 forging hammer production lines, increasing the output and improving the quality as well as reducing the energy consumption. It belongs to the category of energy conservation and efficiency improving as it uses the energy-saving technology and equipment to reduce the power consumption and greenhouse gas emission of the production lines. Once put into production, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gases emission by 18,138 tCO2e annually.
