The project is to install 2 heat delivery pipes of 13.36km from Zhangye Power Plant to the north third ring road, and a booster pump station. It will remove small boilers to effectively reduce the comprehensive energy consumption and emissions of carbon dioxide and other exhaust gases and waste residues. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improvement. Once completed, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gases emission by 15,553 tCO₂e annually.？？
