The project supports the construction of a hydroelectric station at dam-toe equipped with 13 MW hydroelectric generating sets in Xiayu Town, Luoning County of Henan Province. The annual generating capacity is expected to reach 36.3 million KWh and according to prediction, the emission reduction will amount to 24981 tCO₂e annually.？？
