Tianjin Municipality: the Dagang Garbage Incineration Power Plant Project in Binhai New Area, by Tianjin Binhai Environment Friendly Development Co., Ltd. The project adopts two advanced technologies: one is the stratified combustion technology of the incinerator of the mechanical grate boiler, which is mature, reliable and widely used in developed countries and is also the most frequently used municipal solid waste incinerator with the largest handling capacity in the world. It has low standards for pretreatment of waste, adapts to a wide range of calorific value of waste, and is easy and convenient for operation and maintenance. The other is the flue gas cleaning technology of SNCR denitrification + semidry deacidification + activated carbon spray + bag filter, which meets the EU emission standards. The various pollutant emissions of the project meet the national environment protection standards. Once put into operation, the project can reduce greenhouse gases emission by 77,177 tCO2e.
