Hunan Province: the Combing Close Ring Spinning Upgrading Project with 50000 Spindles by Huarong County Huaqing Textile Co., Ltd. The project will install blowing-carding units, long collective automatic doffing units, fully automatic honeycomb-like dust collecting units, combined air conditioning units, fully automatic winding machine, information-based management and other new processing technology and ancillary facilities. By adopting the domestic advanced textile technology and equipment, it will consume less electricity than the specified comprehensive electricity consumption quota for cotton yarn comparable output per unit, thus creating less greenhouse gases. Once completed, it can save electricity and increase high-speed spinning production by 20% to 30% respectively. And lower per unit energy consumption and higher per unit output mean less carbon emission. The project belongs to the category of energy conservation and energy efficiency improving. Once put into operation, it can cut greenhouse gases emission by 10,912 tCO2e annually.
