？？Hunan Province: the Lighting Energy Saving Project through Large-scale Use of Solar Power in the Urban Infrastructure in Qidong County by Qidong County Urban and Rural Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. The project is to install a total of 13,230 solar-powered LED lamps and related ancillary facilities along the primary and secondary roads and in the neighborhoods and parks in the Yuquan New Area of Qidong County. It can reduce carbon emission by substituting the high pressure sodium lamps for the solar-powered LED lamps. Once completed, it is estimated to save electricity of 20,081,400kWh annually. The project belongs to the category of energy conservation and efficiency improvement. Once put into operation, it can cut greenhouse gas emission by 15,957 tCO₂e annually.？？
