？？Hunan Province: the urban street lamp energy-saving renovation project in Yunxi District of Yueyang City by Yueyang City Yunxi District Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. The project will substitute the LED energy-saving lamps for the existing high pressure sodium lamps (HTSLs) and install relevant ancillary facilities in the downtown area and along the arterial streets of Yunxi District so as to reduce energy consumption. Once completed, it can save energy consumption by 12.5086 million KWH annually. The project belongs to the category of energy conservation and efficiency improving. It is estimated to cut greenhouse gases emission by 10,702 tCO₂e annually.？？
