Shanghai Municipality: the Fuel Gas CCHP Renovation Project in Shanghai Huadian Xinzhuang Industrial Park by Shanghai Huadian Minhang Limited Company. The first stage of the project includes the installation of a 2×60MW fuel-gas and steam-gas combined cycle unit to replace the existing 5 coal-fired heating boilers whose evaporation total is 135 tons in the Xinzhuang Industrial Park as well as the current 25 small boilers used by enterprises nearby. It will also build ancillary regional energy station, electric output network, natural gas pipes and heat supply pipes. It is estimated that once reaching the design capacity, the project can reduce greenhouse gases emission by 71,290 tCO2e annually.
