The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 68 million yuan on April 27, 2016. The project mainly includes purchasing 350 clean energy buses (with the emission standards above the national V level) to obsolete 190 “yellow label” diesel buses. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage RMB 138.86 million yuan of private funds. Once put into operation, it can reduce greenhouse gas emission by 4,189 tCO2e annually.
