Heilongjiang Province: Heat Supply Transformation Project by Muling City Yiyang Heating Co., Ltd.

The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 51.4 million yuan on February 29, 2016. It mainly includes installing 2×58MW coal-fired boilers and ancillary facilities on the basis of the existing Muling City Heat Source Plant, and building 18 heat exchange stations and installing 8,420 meters of heating pipe network. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private funds amounting to RMB 105.26 million yuan. Once put into operation, it can increase the area of heat-supply service by 2,019,200 square meters and is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 9,417tCO2e annually.
