Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: Kailu Town Central Heating Boilers and Supporting Control System Optimization and Energy-saving Transformation Proj

The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 27 million yuan on May 16, 2016. It mainly includes installing 2 boilers that use low calorific value coal as the principal fuel to obsolete 6 old boilers and its supporting facilities, reconstructing 7 heat exchange stations and conducting the frequency conversion transformation of the boiler controlling system and motor. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private funds of RMB 64.67 million yuan. Once put into operation, it can provide heating to an area of 3 million square meters and is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 21,838tCO2e annually.
