Hubei Province: Wuhan City Natural Gas High Pressure Outer Ring Pipelines Project by Wuhan City Natural Gas High Pressure Pipeline Net Co., Ltd.

The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 300 million yuan on May 31, 2016. It mainly includes installing the natural gas pipelines along the outer ring roads of Wuhan City, with the total length of 282.6km, including the gate terminal, regulator station, route valve trap and relevant supporting facilities. It will help substitute natural gas for coal and liquefied petroleum gas, further reducing greenhouse gas emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private funds of RMB 1,355.19 million yuan. Once put into operation, it has the potential to cut greenhouse gas emission by 380,927tCO2e annually.
