Shandong Province: Urban Central Heating Project by Ningyang County Jinming Heating Co., Ltd.

The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 68 million yuan on May 31, 2016. It mainly includes laying and installing the water pipe network for the existing steam heating, and increasing the urban area covered by central circulation heating. Through central heating, it will remove the existing small boilers and effectively reduce coal consumption, thus saving energy and reducing emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private funds of RMB 141 million yuan. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 34,364tCO2e annually.
