Shanxi Province: Renewable Resources Recycling and Comprehensive Utilization Project Phase I by Shanxi Tianyuan Lvhuan Technology Co., Ltd.

The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 48 million yuan on June 30, 2016. It mainly includes installing a disassembly line with the annual processing capacity of 8 million waste electric appliances. By disassembling the waste appliances to recycle raw materials including metal and plastic, it can avoid the carbon emission that would have been created in the production of such raw materials, thus saving energy and reducing greenhouse gas emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private funds of RMB 272 million yuan. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 2,913tCO2e annually.
