Shanxi Province: 3 Million Square Meters of Central Heating Capacity Increase and Transformation Project by Shanxi Xiaoyi Gangue Power Generation Co.,

The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 45 million yuan on June 30, 2016. It mainly includes increasing the heating capacity of the initiating pump station of Dongyi Heat Source Plant, installing relevant pipelines and building heat exchange stations. Through central heating based on heat-power combined generation, it can improve the heating efficiency of the boilers in the area, reduce fuel consumption and cut down greenhouse gas emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private funds of RMB 107.98 million yuan. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 19,487tCO2e annually.
