The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 68 million yuan on June 14, 2016. It mainly includes building a new initial heat exchange station, 7 heat distribution stations and 16 heat exchange stations, and installing 2 sets of 91MW circulating fluidized bed hot water boilers in the high temperature system and 5,169 meters of low-temperature level-1 pipelines and 15,369 meters of high-temperature level-1 pipelines. Through dismantling small boilers, it can reduce the comprehensive energy consumption effectively and the emissions of carbon dioxide and other waste gases and residues. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private funds of RMB 168.7065 million yuan. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 11,497tCO2e annually.
