This project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 68 million yuan on September 19, 2016. The project includes purchasing 297 new energy hybrid power (natural gas and electricity) buses to replace the existing diesel buses, therefore reducing energy consumption and exhaust emission and greenhouse gas emission. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It will leverage RMB 160.69 million yuan of private funds. After put into operation, it is estimated to reduce greenhouse gas emission by 4,103tCO2e annually.
