The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 60 million yuan on September 30, 2016. The project mainly includes building a 3*58MW hot water boilers room and 25 heating stations as well as installing 40 km of heat supply pipelines. It will remove the existing small boilers and thus effectively reduce comprehensive energy consumption and emissions of carbon dioxide and other waste gases and residues. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private funds amounting to RMB 223,175,700 yuan. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 6,432tCO2e annually.
