The project was granted a concessional loan of RMB 57 million yuan on September 30, 2016. The project mainly includes building the new slip plant, glaze plant, mould plant, open raw material storage area, raw material storage, sewage treatment station and ancillary facilities. Once completed, it can produce 165,000 tons of slip, 16,500 tons of glaze and 8,250 tons of moulds every year. By adopting the large scale ball grinding mill and pneumatic mud mixer, continuous gypsum mixer and other efficient energy-saving equipment, it will reduce the unit energy consumption of product. The project belongs to the category of energy saving and efficiency improving. It can leverage private funds amounting to RMB 135 million yuan. Once put into operation, it is estimated to cut greenhouse gas emission by 14,011tCO2e annually.
