Annual Production of 20,000 Refitted Buses and New Energy Refitted Bus Relocation and Renovation Project (Phase Ⅱ Part of Light Bus) by Nanjing Jinlong Bus Manufacture Co., Ltd.
The project was approved by China CDM Fund with concessional loan of RMB 69 million on December 26, 2018. It will construct various workshops and outbuildings and purchase 344 units (sets) of relevant production and detection equipment. Upon completion, annual production of 6,000 light buses can be realized. The project is about energy conservation and energy efficiency enhancement. By building up production lines, the project will upgrade and renovate light buses to use new energy buses to replace fuel ones, which can effectively lower energy consumption by vehicles, decrease exhaust and finally reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It will potentially reduce greenhouse gas emission by 17,889tCO2e average annually.
